Italian alt-rock trio Stunt Pilots are back with a new track—and it’s a loud one. ‘BIG MOUTH’ is the band’s latest single, arriving with a playful, early-2000s-inspired music video that’s just as bold as the name suggests. But beneath the glitter and nostalgia, there’s something deeper going on.
According to the band, ‘BIG MOUTH’ dives into the messy world of miscommunication, exploring what happens when you’re more afraid of saying the wrong thing than embracing the love that’s already there. “At times words can feel like landmines,” they explain. “The song encourages listeners to choose connection over conflict.”
For the visuals, the band opted for a lighter spin. Rather than lean into the toxicity, they embraced a cheekier tone—one that feels like summer in the 2000s, complete with a wink and a nod to not taking life too seriously.
‘BIG MOUTH’ is the third track Stunt Pilots have dropped this year, following ‘BAD JET’ and ‘GET ROWDY’, and it’s clearly all part of a bigger plan. The trio has hinted that their long-awaited debut album is finally on the horizon, and if this single’s any clue, it’s shaping up to be a wild ride.
Since forming in Milan in 2020, Stunt Pilots have become one of Italy’s most exciting alt-rock exports. From busking in the streets to snagging second place on X Factor Italia in 2023, their journey has been anything but ordinary. EPs Dirty Laundry and THE TAKEOFF cemented their raw, high-energy sound—and if ‘BIG MOUTH’ is any indication, they’re only getting started.

Watch the video, blast the song, and keep your ears open—this might just be the summer of Stunt Pilots.
