If you’ve ever wished your favorite radio bangers came with a side of blast beats and breakdowns, Ghost Killer Entertainment just delivered your dream compilation. Pop Goes Hardcore Vol. 3 dropped on July 4, and it’s a full-blown genre flip—turning slick chart-toppers into headbanging anthems.

The lineup is stacked. You’ve got scene legends like Woe, Is Me and Vampires Everywhere! teaming up with rising names from the GKE roster, including Kill Lonely, Alpine Loop, Morning In May, and more. Whether it’s Taylor Swift, Evanescence, or Chappell Roan, no artist is safe from the post-hardcore makeover.

The compilation opens with Kill Lonely ripping into Hanumankind’s “Big Dawgs” and closes with Impossible Prom Kings putting a whole new spin on “Chasing Cars.” In between, you’ll find “Airplanes” reimagined by Saving Vice, a totally chaotic version of “Bring Me To Life” from Sorry X and Woe, Is Me, and a surprise pop-punk punch to “Better Than Revenge.”

One standout for us? Morning In May’s spin on “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan. It’s bold, emotional, and somehow even more theatrical than the original—in the best way.

Started back in 2014, the Pop Goes Hardcore series was GKE’s way of giving underground artists a platform to cut through the noise—and it’s working. With each volume, they’ve pushed genre lines even further while giving fans the perfect mix of nostalgia, energy, and chaos.

Founder Zack Meegan said it best: the goal was always to get new names out there. Volume 3 doesn’t just do that—it kicks the door open. With every track, it feels like the scene is evolving, one cover at a time. If you’re into heavy reinterpretations with heart, this one’s for you.
