Texan pop punk icons Bowling For Soup teaming up with folk-punk powerhouse Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls feels like the kind of crossover you’d joke about with your mates — “imagine if they toured together one day?” — except now it’s literally happening. And honestly? It might just be the feel-good rock tour of next summer.

After announcing an Australian run together, fans immediately started shouting for a UK leg. The comment sections were basically on fire: “Okay but don’t forget the UK!!!” It didn’t take long, because the Bowl My Bones Tour is officially rolling across Britain in Summer 2026, marking the first time these long-time friends have ever done a proper run together. Considering how long their friendship has been bubbling in the background, it feels like a tour that’s been waiting to happen.

This whole thing started years back when Jaret Reddick fell in love with Frank Turner’s music at a time he “needed it, but didn’t know how much.” Since then, the two of them have gone from mutual admiration to genuine mates, even hosting a weekly livestream during the pandemic where they chatted about classic heavy metal and everything else under the sun. It was chaotic, wholesome, and exactly the kind of thing that made fans think: “Why aren’t these two touring together already?” Well, clearly someone listened.

The tour kicks off on 25th June at Margate’s Dreamland, weaving through a mix of outdoor staples and beloved venues — Lincoln Castle, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Cardiff Castle, The Piece Hall, Southampton Summer Sessions, O2 Academy Glasgow, Llangollen Pavilion — and finishing at the picturesque Eden Sessions in St. Austell. Frank’s buzzing to get out there, saying he loves summer, touring, and BFS, and that these shows are going to be a lot of fun. Jaret’s just as hyped, calling it surreal to tour the UK with mates he genuinely cares about. You can feel the love radiating off both of them.

Presales kick off on the 25th of November for Halifax and Llangollen, with the rest following on the 26th. General sale lands on 28th November — except for Eden Sessions, which drops 1st December. And trust me, you’ll want to be quick. This is the sort of tour people will buy tickets for even if they’ve got exams, shifts, weddings, birthdays, life commitments… these two acts together are that convincing.

This whole announcement also lands perfectly on the heels of another big BFS moment — their brand-new version of “Endless Possibility,” teaming up with viral UK legends Punk Rock Factory and alt-rock icons Wheatus. Sonic fans will know exactly why that’s huge. It’s one of the most beloved tracks from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, originally written by Jaret Reddick, and fans have kept it alive for more than 15 years through covers, edits, memes, streams — you name it. Tomoya Ohtani’s original composition helped define modern Sonic music, and this updated version keeps that heart while throwing in the chaos, fun, and personality you’d expect from all three artists. I’ve already posted a full feature on that collab — check it out here!

With this new collab, a massive tour, and BFS gearing up for their biggest UK show ever at Wembley this December, it honestly feels like both Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner are heading into 2026 at full speed. And when you put two artists with this much heart, humour, and history together on a summer run? That’s the sort of tour people talk about for years afterwards.

So yeah — this one feels special. The kind of tour where you go for the music but stay for the vibes. The kind where you leave thinking, “Yeah… that’s why we love live music.” Bring on the sun, the riffs, the friendship energy, and the Bowl My Bones Tour. It’s going to be unreal.
