Militarie Gun have shared a new music video for “Kick”, pulled from their second album God Save The Gun, which landed last October via Loma Vista Recordings. At the same time, the band have also released their recent NPR Tiny Desk performance, giving fans another look at their live energy.
The video for “Kick” was filmed during the band’s latest UK run and mixes footage of them playing across everyday spots like parks, gyms and taxi back seats with clips from their biggest London headline show so far at Camden’s Electric Ballroom. It was directed by Manuel Casanova, with additional editing from guitarist William Acuña.
The track has already been picking up attention in the UK, including playlisting on BBC Radio 6 Music, as the band continue to build momentum on both sides of the Atlantic. Their Tiny Desk set leans heavily on God Save The Gun, running through four tracks from the record alongside two earlier cuts.
The band are currently out in North America supporting Joyce Manor, with Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival dates coming up before they head back to the UK and Europe this summer. The upcoming run includes headline shows, festival slots, and dates alongside Alexisonfire, with stops in cities like Newcastle, Manchester and Edinburgh.

Their UK return kicks off in June, with tickets on sale now.
