Dance Gavin Dance have announced Tree City Sessions 3, set for digital release on May 22 via Rise Records, with a full physical release following on June 19. Alongside the announcement, the band have also shared a new music video for “Need Money”.

The upcoming release sees the band revisiting fan favourites from across their catalogue, re-recording tracks in the style of their Tree City Sessions series. “Need Money” is one of the latest to get the treatment, bringing a fresh version of a deeper cut back into the spotlight.

Frontman Jon Mess spoke on the track, saying: “‘Need Money’ is an underrated song. It’s weird and fun, and you gotta love those horns.”

The album will also have a limited edition tour variant available at shows from May 22 while stock lasts. Dance Gavin Dance are heading out on a North American headline run this spring, with festival appearances lined up including Sonic Temple and Vans Warped Tour dates, before making their way to the UK this autumn.

Tree City Sessions 3 lands digitally May 22, with pre-orders available now.
