Venice Beach hardcore punk band XCOMM have released their new single “PIRATES” featuring GHOSTEMANE, arriving just hours before the release of their highly anticipated debut album Time To Burn.

The album lands tonight at 9pm PT / 12am ET via Blowed Out Records and was produced by legendary producer Ross Robinson, whose past work includes records from Korn, Slipknot, Glassjaw and At The Drive In.

The new track also arrives with an official music video directed by Darren Craig, featuring appearances from GHOSTEMANE and Pennywise guitarist Fletcher Dragge. According to the band, the video throws their chaotic energy into a world of police chases and destroyed suburban picnics.

Frontman Michael Gatto said the band are “so excited for the world to finally hear this record,” while also calling the experience of recording with Ross Robinson “amazing” from start to finish. He also described landing a GHOSTEMANE feature as “mind blowing.”

Despite only just getting started, XCOMM’s rise has been fast. Their breakout single “Fake ID” has already passed 2.5 million views across platforms, while the band have built a following approaching 90,000 on Instagram. They’ve also already shared stages with acts including Foo Fighters and are set to appear at Warped Tour later this year.

Pre-save ‘TIME TO BURN’

The hype around the band has also pulled in support from names including Dave Grohl, Keanu Reeves, Skrillex, Fred Durst and Jack Black.

Time To Burn officially arrives tonight via Blowed Out Records.
