As December Falls have released their new single ‘Teeth’, just as they gear up to kick off a US tour with Black Veil Brides starting tomorrow.
The Nottingham pop punk band have been on a strong run lately, landing a Top 10 spot on the UK Official Albums Chart with Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine. The album captured where the band are at right now, balancing day jobs with constant touring, and that same energy carries into this new release.
Speaking on the track, vocalist Bethany Hunter explained the idea behind it, saying “Teeth explores how parasocial relationships can blur into something more unsettling. When people form a connection with you from a distance, it can feel real, even safe, but there’s a version of you they’ll never fully see. The song plays with that idea, that if you dig too deep into someone you’ve only imagined, you might not like what you find.” She also added that it’s “the heaviest song we’ve written” as the band continue to push into new territory.
The release lands right before a busy stretch on the road, with the band joining Black Veil Brides across North America before returning for UK shows in June and a run of European dates later this year.
