Blush Puppy have released new single Tears In Rain, another preview of their debut EP Here You Dream, which arrives April 10 via Venn Records!
The track centres on the weight of things left unsaid. Vocalist Luke Osmond explains the song came from a deeply personal place, exploring how easy it is to hide behind a smile while carrying something heavier underneath. Tears In Rain focuses on the slow build of bottled up emotions and the realisation that silence can hurt just as much as anything spoken out loud.
Musically, the band lean into contrast. Softer passages give way to bigger chorus moments, with layered guitars, warm bass lines and atmospheric textures creating space for the song to breathe before it opens up.
