As December Falls are back with new music and it feels like the start of something bigger. The Nottingham pop punk band have released their latest single Anymore, a fast, hook driven track that pushes their sound forward while laying the foundation for what’s coming next.

According to vocalist Bethany Hunter, the track marks a clear shift. The band lean further into electronic elements, giving the song a sharper, modern edge without losing the energy that’s defined their rise. Lyrically, it hits a breaking point, introducing a central character named Blue and opening the door to a wider story that will run across their upcoming fifth album.

Rather than a standalone single, Anymore is the first piece of a larger narrative world. Hunter explains that each song on the new record will be paired with a short story, building a more cinematic and story driven experience for fans. It’s a creative move that shows the band thinking beyond individual releases and focusing on a full universe around the album.

The momentum follows a strong run for the band after Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine landed at number eight on the UK Official Albums Chart. The record captured the reality of chasing music while balancing everyday life, turning exhaustion, anxiety and gratitude into songs that connected with listeners.

That connection is now carrying into the next chapter. With a UK headline run underway and a US tour alongside Black Veil Brides on the horizon, Anymore arrives as both a statement and a starting point. It’s the sound of a band expanding their world while keeping the emotional honesty that got them here in the first place.
