Neck Deep fans in Wales, don’t give up hope just yet.
During a recent Instagram Q&A, frontman Ben Barlow was asked the question many have been wondering:
“Why no Welsh dates for Life’s Not Out to Get You :((”
His response? A teasing:
“I’M JUST GONNA SAY ‘????’”

Classic Ben—cryptic but full of potential. And if you’re reading into that emoji the same way we are… there could be something cooking.
While a Welsh date was noticeably absent from the initial Life’s Not Out to Get You 10-year anniversary tour announcement, Ben did mention in another reply that venues are limited in Wrexham—something fans from the band’s hometown have likely known all along. Still, the combination of the smirk emoji and that subtle context is enough to spark excitement.

Life’s Not Out to Get You remains one of the most beloved pop punk albums of the last decade—crammed with riffs, shout-along choruses, and just the right amount of teenage angst. It put Neck Deep on the global map, but it all started in Wales. A return to where it began would make this tour that little bit more meaningful.
So, is something in the works? We’re not calling it just yet, but don’t be surprised if a late addition shows up closer to home.
